Example:

Hyde Park is a 10 minute drive North of downtown, walking distance from the UT Campus. It is a designated Historic District with lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores nearby. Some of the nearby favorites are Uncle Julio's, Quacks, Asti, and Monger's. Walking distance is Central Market and it also has the old Hyde Park Gym and Dane's Body Shop. The newly renovated Commodore Perry Estate is a European inspired hotel and dining club just on the edge of Hyde Park with a new Jo's Coffee that just went up across the street. If you want a house with a yard but still the feel of everything being close by, Hyde Park is a fantastic neighborhood to live in.
